Reopened Pobitora wildlife sanctuary to boost tourism

Assam State Forest and Environment Minister, Parimal Suklabaidya joined by Pijush Hazarika and Assam Tourism Development Corporation, Chairman Jayanta Malla Baruah graced the reopening of the sanctuary.

 

Forest and Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidya, in his tweet, detailed that Pobitora is an enormous supporter of the travel industry and they will invest the most extreme energy to investigate the general improvement of the sanctuary. 

 

Pobitora Wildlife safe-haven is arranged in the Morigaon area close to the Brahmaputra waterway. Notwithstanding, it was shut for more than a half year because of a Covid pandemic. Specialists said they have organized all COVID-19 security standards to be followed.
