An FIR has been enrolled against an Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kokrajhar area in lower Assam for supposedly molesting a lady under the guise of settling her property dispute, a senior official said.
In the wake of accepting a composed complaint from the lady, police enlisted a body of evidence in Kokrajhar police headquarters against the Assam Civil Services (ACS) official under Section 354 (attack or criminal force on a lady with a purpose to shock unobtrusiveness) of the IPC.

"An attack grievance has been gotten by Kokrajhar Police Station against an ADC," Superintendent of Police Rakesh Roshan said.
A case has been enlisted in this association and police are researching the issue, he said.
