In the midst of the nonattendance of restriction Naga People's Front (NPF) lawmakers who boycotted the sixth meeting of thirteenth Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) here today, Nagaland's Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and Health and Family Welfare Minister S. Pangnyu Phom offered the expression on the floor of the House on COVID-19 pandemic circumstance in the state.
