A herd of wild elephants killed a 45-year-old man in Tinsukia

A 45-year elderly person was stomped on to death by a group of wild elephants at Oil field region of Digboi in Tinsukia locale on Wednesday. The expired has recognized as Madhurjya Gogoi. 

 

"Gogoi was working at the Wireless pinnacle at Oil field and after finished his work he was getting back from the site alongside different labourers at Bolero vehicle," said a source. 

 

"Abruptly, a group of elephant hindered their direction. Two of them fled away however Gogoi was caught by the wild elephants and they stomped on him to death," the source included. 

 

"When we got the data, we hurried to the Oil field region. Gogoi was shipped off the emergency clinic for treatment yet specialists pronounced him brought dead," said Digboi forest officer.
