Assam Government will begin the development of two more flyovers in the state. Assam Health, Finance and Education Minister Dr Himata Biswa said that the administration will before long beginning the work for building the two new flyovers – at Maligaon in Guwahati and at Mission Chariali in Tezpur.
Dr Sarma additionally expressed that the work on the flyovers will start in the first week of the month. The flyover in Maligaon will be built at an expense of Rs. 420.75 crore. This flyover will connect the street that is being developed en route to Kamakhya temple. Dr Sarma additionally said that the development work of the Maligaon flyover will begin in the following 10 to 15 days.
