Manipur Government is planning to launch sessions for six schools selected from February 12 under the government's' School Fagat-Hansi Project.'
This was done with an ambitious goal to give renewed impetus to developing both physical and manpower infrastructure in government schools.
Disclosing this Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh on Sunday informed the public that the sessions for the remaining schools would also begin by the first week of March.
Chief Minister Biren was speaking about the ‘School Fagat-Hansi’ mission at the formal inauguration of a 33/11 KV Power Sub-Station at Mayang Langjing Tamang in Imphal West district.
‘School Fagat-Hansi’ mission is a State Government initiative launched in January 2019 and under the mission, the state authority is planning to develop all the government schools in 60 Assembly constituencies of the State as model schools and these schools would be run and developed in a uniform pattern.
